I had finally found a job in Long Beach after submitting several applications and getting interviewed in this city and in the neighboring areas, such as Wilmington, Carson, Lakewood, Paramount, Gardena, Torrance, Lomita, and Rolling Hills. I must say that I am very lucky in view of the rising unemployment rate.  Add to this the fact that I am a fresh college graduate with no parents to lean on.
